Internal reporting channel in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)
The internal reporting office is responsible for receiving and processing reports of potential breaches of statutory regulations and internal policies. Reports may be submitted by employees, business partners, suppliers and other individuals who have obtained information about breaches in the course of their professional activities.

Confidentiality and Data Protection
All reports received will be treated in confidence. The identity of whistleblowers and of the persons concerned by a report will only be disclosed to those responsible for handling the report. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Protection of whistleblowers
Whistleblowers who make reports to the best of their knowledge and belief are protected from discrimination and reprisals. However, deliberately false reports may result in legal consequences.
External reporting centres
In addition to the internal reporting office, it is possible to contact the relevant external reporting offices, in particular the Federal Reporting Office at the Federal Office of Justice.
